System Analyst

Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Analyze existing systems, business processes, workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
• Create system documentation, including BRD/FRD, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and system diagrams.
• Collaborate with Business Users, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Prepare and support UAT, including test scenarios, coordination, issue tracking, and validation.
• Support system implementation, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements, changes, and new requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and system capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a closely related role.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in the Insurance or Insurance Brokerage industry.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and functional documentation.
• Good understanding of SDLC and business process analysis.
• Experienced in preparing system flow/process diagrams and functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience in UAT coordination and system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
