IT Application Project Manager (Insurance)

Job Description:

• Manage and coordinate IT application projects to ensure project deliverables are completed according to the agreed scope, timeline, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and potential issues.
• Facilitate project discussions and ensure clear, structured communication among all stakeholders.
• Support project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
• Work within an Agile project environment and manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Identify project issues and support problem-solving to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in IT project management, project coordination, or as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), with experience contributing to at least one project.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly, logically, and systematically.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, particularly for understanding and preparing project documentation in English.
• Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a dynamic, Agile project environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Willing to adapt to changing project priorities and business requirements.
