Job Description:

• Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling of goods and timely fulfillment of orders placed on the marketplace platform.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with logistics team to arrange shipments and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and optimize stock levels based on demand patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service and marketing, to address customer inquiries and promote sales initiatives.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates and inventory turnover, to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by providing timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with buyers and sellers.
