What you should have:
- Exposed to handling social media as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in mobile video editing applications, such as CapCut or VN Video Editor.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera for digital content production.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must submit a portfolio showcasing previous digital content, including TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant platforms.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills and access to a personal smartphone and laptop.
What you'll contribute on:
- Create engaging visual content for Kurosim across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept development to filming and editing.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions that align with Kurosim's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Research social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to optimize daily content performance.
