Requirements:

• Minimum education SMK / D3 / S1
• At least 1-year experience in operating linux system administration
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, bonding/LACP, MTU, DNS, load balancing, and overlay networking
• Having experience working with container and orchestration technologies (Docker, LXD, Kubernetes, OpenShift/OKD)
• Having experience working with virtualization technology (KVM, VMware, LXD, Proxmox, Sangfor)
• Having the ability to create monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alert Manager, ELK)
• Having the ability to manage public / private cloud like OpenStack, AWS, GCP
• Proficient in scripting languages like bash, python, ansible or other option for automation and efficiency
• Exceptional analytical skills with an aptitude for logical reasoning
• Comfortable working in production environments with incident, problem, and change management processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in English, good communication skills
• Familiarity with Open Source Software will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, handling OpenStack cloud platform and similar product
• Create efficient way to manage OpenStack cloud platform with amazing monitoring & alerting tools
• Analyzing and troubleshooting issues found in cloud platform
• Support for change requests in the customer cloud platform. Including reporting, provide
• RCA evidence, documentation, and standby monitoring
• Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on i3 Customer Site
• Provide server and system operation support, problem isolation, and troubleshooting for incidents
• Proactively maintain OpenStack infrastructure technology for backend services
