WE ARE HIRING – Public Relations Specialist

Job Description :

• Develop and implement corporate communication and public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand image.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with the company's values and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, government institutions, communities, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, company statements, speeches, articles, and other communication materials.
• Manage media inquiries and support corporate events, CSR activities, and public engagement programs.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the company.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and branding.
• Prepare reports and evaluations of PR and CSR activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, CSR, or a related role.
• Proven experience in planning and managing CSR programs and community engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of media relations and corporate communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in organizing corporate events, media activities, and stakeholder engagement programs.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
