Security Engineer

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / equivalent or relevant work experience.
2. Good at managing sensitive and confidential data, workstation devices, patching and upgrading systems, applications, services, and other infrastructure foundational components.
3. familiarity with web application security testing tools, preferrably Burpsuite and Metasploit.
4. Able to create some script, i.e., bash, python
5. Having certification in cloud security area is a plus
6. Familiar with ISO27001
7. Familiar with Linux and Windows OS
8. Familiar with cloud security services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

Job Descriptions :

1. Develop a set of security standards and best practices for the organization and recommend security enhancements to management as needed.
2. Develop strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach
3. Set up, configure, and tweak security in all infrastructure systems (System, Server, Network, and Client)
4. Handle, maintain and manage various potential security threats
5. Doing system hardening and penetration testing
6. Doing an internal security audit & documented all internal audit processes.
7. Responsibility for educating the workforce on information security through training and building awareness
