Sales Breaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum education of High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hydraulic breakers, heavy equipment, machinery, or spare parts.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic breakers, including their functions and applications.
• Knowledge of excavators and heavy equipment attachments is an advantage.
• Able to explain product specifications, features, advantages, and applications to customers.
• Experienced in canvassing, customer visits, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closing.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Willing to visit projects, workshops, quarries, mining sites, and customers.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in sales, preferably in hydraulic breakers, heavy equipment, machinery, or spare parts is preferred
• Able to independently identify customer needs, and draft and provide solutions
• Able to identify customer needs, organize, and offer solutions
