Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 2 years work experience
- Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering
- Minimum GPA/ IPK 3.00
- Willing to be assigned to any MSI operational site
- Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills
- High integrity, strong ownership, and a willingness to learn
- Active driver's license (SIM A)
- Able to speak and write in English
