Junior Commercial Analyst

Job Title: Junior Commercial Analyst Location: Batam Employment Type: Full-time (English Speaker)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (Any experience in finance or data analysis is a bonus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Self-motivated and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Good communication skills to work smoothly with other departments.
• Note: Candidates living in or near the Nagoya area are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Help the finance team with monthly closing and reporting tasks.
• Track and review sales and profit numbers for different brands and customers.
• Check the math on pricing, promotions, and deals to make sure they are profitable.
• Team up with Sales and Marketing to share financial insights that help them make better business choices.
• Look for ways to make our daily reporting faster and easier to read.
