Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst Location: Batam Employment Type: Full-time (English Speaker)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome (experience in commercial finance or FP&A is a plus)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, or reporting tools is an advantage
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally
Note: Nagoya area residency preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
- Analyze sales and profit performance across brands and customers
- Support analysis of promotions, pricing, and business deals to improve profitability
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide financial insights for business decisions
- Help improve reporting processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
Note: This is a Batam-based role providing dedicated accounting support for a Singaporean company.
