Sales and Marketing Representative

Role Description This is an contract role located in Bekasi (hybrid) for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, providing outstanding customer service, promoting company services and products, managing client relationships, conducting training or presentations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships effectively
• Proven Sales expertise and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in designing and delivering Training sessions related to products or services
• Knowledge and skills in Sales & Marketing strategies and execution
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Familiarity with the Lifting Equipment or Safety industries is a plus
• Proficiency in English (Basic Minimum)
• Have a Driving License (SIM A)
• Easily adapt and willing to learn
• Update to the trend (tech, media, etc.)
• Problem Solver
