Warehouse Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and oversee all Finished Goods Warehouse operations, including storage, picking, loading, and delivery.
• Ensure FG inventory accuracy, proper stock recording, and product availability to support delivery requirements.
• Control picking and loading accuracy based on item, quantity, and delivery destination.
• Manage manpower, work allocation, and team performance within the Finished Goods Warehouse.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Sales, and Delivery to ensure smooth FG operations and deliveries.
• Analyze and resolve stock discrepancies and warehouse operational issues.
• Monitor Warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement to improve accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety standards within the Finished Goods Warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor role.
• Experience in Finished Goods Warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stocktaking, storage, picking, loading, and delivery processes.
• Experienced in handling stock discrepancies, delivery issues, and warehouse operational problems.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to manage teams and achieve operational targets based on KPIs.
• Willing to work onsite in Nganjuk.
