Activation & Partnership Intern

1. Collaborate directly with the team to brainstorm event and activation concepts, then translate ideas into clear, presentable decks and timelines
2. Support the planning and execution of our events such as the Hystoric Hybrid Race and Hystoric Hybrid Elite Program, including concept decks, assisting with on-ground activations and ensuring everything is completed according to project timelines
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support execution
4. Coordinate with the Social Media team to ensure activations are communicated effectively across Hypefast's platforms
5. Assist with on-ground logistics and event-day support as needed
6. Handle ad hoc tasks to keep projects on track within tight deadlines
