We're looking for a UI/UX Designer (Mid–Senior Level) who can think end-to-end, move fast, and craft delightful experiences that feel simple, modern, and intuitive. Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Intern to join our Product Team. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Developers to improve the user experience of HoLink, a growing SaaS platform.This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing real digital products, from identifying usability issues to creating and improving user interfaces.

Your tasks

  • Assist in designing and improving UI/UX for HoLink's website and SaaS platform.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Support UI/UX improvements for existing features, including dashboards, onboarding, and page editors
  • Identify usability issues and propose practical design solutions.
  • Conduct competitor research and explore UI/UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are feasible and user-friendly.
  • Support the development and maintenance of design systems and UI components.
  • Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Final-year student, fresh graduate, or currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Familiar with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and responsive design.
  • Good visual design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Having a UI/UX portfolio (academic, personal, or internship projects) is required
  • Experience designing websites, dashboards, or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Available to work full-time onsite at PIK 1, North Jakarta.
