Product Specialist Intern

Your tasks

• Assist Product Managers in planning, developing, and improving product features.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities
• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the creation of product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated.
• Assist in tracking product development progress, priorities, and timelines.
• Participate in product testing (UAT) to ensure features meet user needs and requirements
• Identify usability issues and propose practical solutions to improve the overall user experience.
• Support product documentation, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and curious Product Intern to join our Product Team. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Developers to support the development and improvement of HoLink, a growing SaaS platform. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding user needs, identifying product opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end product development process.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of product management, product development lifecycle, and user experience.
• Interested in digital products, technology, and SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or Figma is a plus.
• Ability to conduct research, organize information, and present findings clearly.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in product-related projects, internships, or case competitions is a plus.
• Available to work full-time onsite at PIK 1, North Jakarta.
