Job Description:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on sales progress, partner performance, and market conditions to management.
- Willing to travel to various locations within the region as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; experience in the automotive or electric motorcycle industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.
- Strong understanding of the automotive retail or distribution landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in reporting and administrative tasks (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word).
- Target-oriented, proactive, capable of multitasking, and able to work under pressure.
