Management Trainee

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from all Majors
• Fresh graduates from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00, or young professionals with less than 2 years of work experience in IT or Education business company
• Have an interest in IT technology (hardware or software) and educational platforms
• Updates with the use of technology such as AI (Artificial Intelligence)
• Experience in organizations preferred
• Fluent in English communication is a must
• Have good Leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good in adapt and collaborate within cross-departmental teams
• Have effective multitasking and time management skills
• Able to think creatively and analyze every activity/project
• Have strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities and can work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide corrective actions/corrections and solution ideas
• Handle and complete assigned projects/tasks, and create reports and project evaluations
• Participate in training programs across various functions such as operations, IT, marketing, finance, and project management
• Willing to work assigned out of town
