Live commerce Executive

Job Description

1. Manage and gradually take ownership of the daily operations of multiple live streaming rooms on TikTok and Shopee.
2. Prepare live streaming schedules and coordinate with hosts and related teams to ensure smooth operations.
3. Monitor live performance, traffic, GMV, and other key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Support hosts during live sessions and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth broadcasts.
5. Analyze post-live performance and provide suggestions to improve future live sessions.
6. Conduct research on live commerce trends, fashion trends, and competitor strategies to support sales growth.
7. Collaborate with Indonesian and overseas managers and cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business targets.

Requirements

1. Minimum D4/S1 degree
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, live commerce, e-commerce, or digital content operations.
3. Good command of spoken English and comfortable communicating with Chinese/overseas managers.
4. Strong communication skills, high initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
6. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor live performance and identify operational issues.
8. Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or live commerce operations is highly preferred.
9. Willing to work in 2 rotating shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

1. Willing to work on rotating weekends and public holidays.
