Job Description
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, contract extensions, warning letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Ensure HR practices and employment documentation comply with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Monitor employment contract expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals.
- Maintain organized employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in drafting and updating company policies, internal regulations, and HR-related SOPs.
- Support the HR team in handling employee disciplinary matters and employment-related legal issues.
- Prepare HR Legal reports and coordinate with relevant departments regarding legal and employment matters.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and company legal documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
- Familiar with employment contracts, HR documentation, and BPJS administration is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with different departments.
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
