TECHNICAL ENGINEERING
Job Description
- Conduct inspection, maintenance, and repair of company machinery and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting of technical issues and ensure equipment operates properly.
- Monitor and carry out preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
- Prepare maintenance, breakdown, and repair reports.
- Perform equipment installation, commissioning, and testing when required.
- Ensure engineering work complies with company safety standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors or external parties regarding technical work.
- Analyze the root causes of equipment failures and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor the use of spare parts and engineering equipment requirements.
- Support company operations related to engineering activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, relevant engineering experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to perform field work or site visits when required.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to travel for business if required.
