About the role We are looking for a Senior Plumbing, Water Supply & Drainage Engineer to join our construction team in Bukit, Bali.
The specialist will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, testing and commissioning of water supply, drainage, plumbing and related engineering systems across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and installation of cold and hot water supply systems.
- Supervise domestic hot water (DHW) circulation systems.
- Oversee domestic wastewater, stormwater drainage and drainage systems.
- Supervise the design and installation of pump stations.
- Oversee water treatment systems and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Supervise fire water supply systems.
- Review metering devices, automation systems and technical solutions.
- Review design and working documentation related to plumbing and water supply & drainage systems.
- Coordinate contractors and supervise the quality of works on site.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of systems for operation.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with contractors, consultants and other MEP disciplines.
- Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved documentation, project requirements and applicable standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in plumbing, water supply and drainage engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of water supply, plumbing, drainage and wastewater systems.
- Experience overseeing engineering works on construction projects.
- Experience with pump stations, water treatment and wastewater treatment systems.
- Ability to review and interpret design and working documentation.
- Experience coordinating contractors and supervising construction works.
- Understanding of testing and commissioning processes.
- Ability to identify technical problems and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant Indonesian standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality or premium residential projects is a plus.
- UNDERSTAND ENGLISH & MAKE A REPORT IN ENGLISH
