Qualifications

1. Have 1.5–5 years of work experience in the field of interior design, specifically villa & residential, is preferred.
2. Able to speak English
3. Minimum education of D3/S1 Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
4. Have a design portfolio (mandatory)
5. Understand villa interior design concepts (modern, tropical, luxury, etc.)
6. Able to read working drawings,
7. Attention to detail
8. Able to work according to deadlines
9. Create concepts according to the needs and desires of clients
10. Able to present designs to clients
11. Coordinate with the project team (architect, foreman, etc.)
12. Perform design revisions according to feedback
13. Maximum age 35 years old.

Jobdesk

1. Conceptualize design planning
2. Able to perform field measurements and use measuring tools
3. Develop moodboards, layouts, and spatial concepts
4. Able to create working drawings (layout, detail, & elevation)
5. Create 2D & 3D designs using software such as autocad, sketchUP, 3ds Max, & Vray.
6. Present design concepts to clients
7. Explain design ideas, materials, and cost estimates.
8. Receive feedback and perform design revisions
9. Collaborate with the project team (architect, contractor, foreman, etc.)
