PT Hermes Solusi Integrasi is hiring for Product Manager Project AI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in product or adjacent areas.
• At least 1 year managing AI-driven products, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions for merchants r internal teams.
• Strong understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, and business processes with cross-domain collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to leverage data/metrics for product decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to translate strategy, insights, and priorities for stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail, quality-driven mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Solid understanding of underlying systems/processes with strong logical reasoning to support complex decisions.
• Willing to WFO at Pulomas, East Jakarta
