IT Business Analyst

Requirements
- Willing to be placed at Pulomas Office, Jakarta.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business analysis processes (gather needs, document, and validation solutions)
- Experienced in handling incidents and analyzing issues
- Familiar with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Able to do root cause analysis and write clear documentation
- Understand testing processes (SIT/UAT)
- Able to create and review test scenarios and results with QA/Tester
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and working with cross teams (PM, PO, Dev, QA)
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Job description
- Handle service requests and resolve incidents
- Analyze issues and support problem resolution
- Communicate progress and updates to users
- Coordinate with internal/external teams
- Create and maintain documentation & knowledge base
- Support daily operational activities
- Assist in testing (SIT/UAT) and review testing results if required
- Provide on-site support when needed
