- Manage daily showroom operations, including staff schedules, customer service, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Welcome customers and explain products, then guide them to order through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop. (No direct sales or payments at the showroom during the initial stage.)
- Collect customer questions, needs, and feedback, including information about competitors, and report the feedback to the online team.
- Check and manage product samples, including stock counts, damaged items, and missing products.
- Prepare the showroom and product samples for social media content and live-streaming activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters to follow brand standards and promotions, and prepare for future full retail operations once the required licenses are obtained.
- Using English as daily communication.
