HOTEL ENGINEERING TEAM

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Engineering to join our hotel team and support the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel facilities and equipment.

Position: ENGINEERING

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, AC/HVAC, and Mechanical systems.
• Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
• Familiar with hotel facilities and equipment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Able to join immediately is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspection of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Handle maintenance and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, AC/HVAC, pumps, and other equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to the schedule.
• Respond promptly to engineering-related guest and operational requests.
• Monitor and maintain hotel equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Record maintenance activities and report technical issues to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
• Support other departments with technical requirements when needed.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and maintenance standards.
