Interior Project Manager

What You'll Do

Lead Interior fit-out projects from project handover to final completion

Plan projects schedules, manpower, material procurement, and execution strategies

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and project budget.

Resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery

Review shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documentation

Manage Site Supervisors and project teams to achieve project milestones

Prepare weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

What We're Looking For

Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related Field

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out construction

Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor

Strong understanding of interior construction methods, BOQ, shop drawings, scheduling, and cost control

Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead project teams effectively

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Willing to Travel to project sites

Able to communicate in English is a must
