What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruitment & Talent Hunt
• Proactively source and screen candidates for various operational and technical roles
• Run job postings, shortlisting, and initial interviews

KPI & Performance Management

• Work with management to design and track performance benchmarks
• Help monitor and follow up on weekly performance reports

Training & Onboarding Coordination

• Schedule and manage onboarding sessions and training programs
• Create and refine training materials alongside the team

General HR Support

• Handle HR-related admin like contracts, leave tracking, and internal communication
• Help create systems, SOPs, and feedback loops that support a strong team culture

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• A background in HR, recruitment, or people operations (even if it's from a small team or freelance work)
• Proactive communication skills – you're not afraid to ask questions or follow up
• Highly organised and self-managed – you love ticking off checklists and improving systems
• Ability to work remotely, stay on top of tasks, and keep the team informed
• Bonus if you’ve worked with startups or consulting teams before
