Job Descriptions
- Arrange and display merchandise according to company standards, ensuring products are neat, attractive, and properly labeled.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish products, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock opname, and inventory tracking to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of merchandise in display and warehouse areas.
- Support customers with product information and availability while assisting retail operations and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Retail Supervisor, Retail Staff, and Warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Min. Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory management is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and responsible.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to maintain accurate stock records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational tasks.
- Experience in supervising a team or managing retail operations is a plus for Supervisor positions.
