Qualifications:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, promotion, retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Able to actively approach and engage with customers
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain products or promotions clearly
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
• Good grooming and professional appearance
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
