Outdoor Maintenance Service (OMS)

Your tasks

About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Outdoor Maintenance Service (OMS) professional to maintain and troubleshoot outdoor network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment at operational sites.

Maintain and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, P2P/P2MP radio links, CCTV, communication radios, and PABX systems. Monitor network connectivity and provide Level-1 technical troubleshooting. Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections. Manage incident tickets, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with the IT/NOC team. Support network upgrades and approved configuration changes. Comply with site safety requirements and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in network or IT infrastructure maintenance. SMK or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Practical knowledge of wireless radio systems and network troubleshooting. Mandatory: WAH TKBT Level-2 certification. Completed K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) training. Valid Indonesian SIM A driving licence and ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle. CCNA certification is preferred. Willing to work at the designated operational site in South Kalimantan or Sumatra.
