🚀 Lancesoft is Hiring: Client Solutions Manager (CSM) | Jakarta We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our client in the technology and digital advertising industry. 📍 Location: Jakarta (Onsite 3 days per week) 📄 Contract: 6 month, renewable contract 📅 Start Date: ASAP ✈️ Travel: Local travel to client sites within Jakarta is required Key Responsibilities:
Your tasks
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic digital advertising solutions.
- Develop and optimize campaigns for brand awareness and performance objectives.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget spending, and revenue delivery.
- Manage complex advertising projects, technical integrations, and campaign reporting.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, covering both brand and performance campaigns. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and advertising tools. Experience working in media agencies, digital agencies, or advertising networks. Strong data analytics skills and the ability to turn insights into business recommendations. Experience with campaign measurement, optimization, and performance reporting. Proven leadership and client management skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Experience in creative management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
