Requirements

Job Profile 1、Have 2-3 years of relevant working experience in TT . 2、Candidates of Chinese ethnicity with fluent Chinese proficiency is a must. 3、 Elite Recruitment and Partnership Coordination: Identify, screen, and invite high-quality influencers on the platform, complete cooperation negotiations and resource preparation, and establish a stable matrix of influencer partnerships. 4、Contract Fulfillment Management: Connect with influencers to understand their product promotion needs, follow up on samples, schedules, short videos/live streaming fulfillment, review and launch the content, and ensure the effectiveness of the promotion. 5、Data Review and Optimization: Monitor core data such as alliance GMV, conversion rate, commission consumption, etc., review the effectiveness of influencer outputs, eliminate the weak and retain the strong, and iterate on product selection and promotion strategies. 6、 Channel Expansion Operations: Follow platform alliance activities, collaborate with internal teams to synchronize inventory and event information, optimize the cooperation SOP, and continuously increase the overall sales volume of the alliance channels.
