Job Responsibilities

• Team Briefing & Coordination – Conduct daily briefings to align team objectives, priorities, and performance targets.
• Livestream Scheduling – Plan and manage livestream schedules for all authorized accounts and team members.
• Daily Content & Boost Code Monitoring – Ensure daily video submissions and boost code checklists are completed on time.
• Daily Livestream Monitoring – Monitor livestream activities, performance, and operational execution.
• Authorized Team Supervision – Oversee livestream hosts and authorized accounts to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Live Studio Management – Coordinate studio setup, equipment readiness, and livestream production requirements.
• Issue Escalation & Compliance – Handle account violations, platform quiz assessments, operational issues, and account performance monitoring.
• Weekly Performance Reporting – Prepare weekly reports covering livestream performance, content output, and account growth.
• Monthly Performance Reporting – Consolidate monthly results, evaluate KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Account Growth Strategy – Provide actionable recommendations to improve account engagement, traffic, followers, and sales performance.
