Job description :
- Sketching a 3D design drawing based on the results of a field survey to be submitted to the supervisor for approval
- Designing working drawings against 3D drawings that have been approved by the supervisor to get details of materials, and production parts to then make a BoQ
- Make a detailed RAB/BoQ of the draft drawing that has been approved by the supervisor
Requirements :
- Male/ Female, max. 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Architect
- Have working experience in a similar position min. 1 year (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Familiar to use SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, VRay, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to explain verbal concepts and visual interpretation
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
