Guest Relations Officer

Miseum Indonesia is expanding! We're a Korean Dermatology & Derma Care brand, and we're looking for a Guest Relationship Officer who will provide expert consultation and personalized service to clients seeking aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a deep interest in skincare and aesthetics, and experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or beauty clinic environment. As a Guest Relationship Officer, you will be the face of the clinic responsible for building trust, understanding client needs, and ensuring a premium and satisfying customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to clients about treatments, skincare programs, and clinic services in collaboration with doctors.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate aesthetic or dermatology treatments based on their skin conditions and beauty goals.
• Deliver accurate product and treatment knowledge, ensuring clients clearly understand procedures, expected results, and post-treatment care.
• Support the customer experience from arrival to post-treatment, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Work closely with doctors, therapists, and front office teams to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service quality.
• Handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication professionally.
• Maintain clinic image and uphold a premium Korean beauty service standard at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Guest Relationship Officer, Beauty Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Frontliner in a dermatology, aesthetic, or beauty clinic.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments (laser, facial, injection, lifting, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and comfort clients confidently.
• Presentable, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Target-driven and professional in handling premium clients.
• Willing to work in a dynamic, high-standard beauty clinic environment (including weekends and shifts).
• Experience with CRM systems or client data tracking is an advantage.
