Your tasks
Role descriptions
- Full time job (3 months probation) based in BSD City, South Tangerang
- Create and publish social media marketing content to build brand awareness and promote Star Generation’s programs and activities.
- Develop campaign ideas and translate them into engaging content, collaborating with other divisions to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Support campaign performance tracking and reporting, and contribute ideas based on the findings to improve future marketing activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing related role, experience in agency is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, DKV, or a related field
- Proficiency in design and basic video editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, experience with Lightroom would be a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- A portfolio showcasing your design and video work is required
- Social media savvy and up to date with content trends, ability to navigate social media to gain marketing insights
- Experience in physical marketing activities would be a plus
- Good written and spoken English
