Facility Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Management, Hospitality, Banking, or Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare reports
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Well-groomed, with good personal hygiene and service excellence skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inspections, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs of building systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical systems, roofing, and heavy machinery.
- Manage workplace layouts to maximise space utilisation and ensure employee comfort.
- Ensure that the building complies with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise third-party service providers, including security, cleaning services, catering, and landscaping contractors.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, improve energy efficiency, and promote sustainability.
- Maintain asset records, conduct asset inventories, and manage the disposal of company assets.
