Job Summary Support the Tenders & Contracts Manager by preparing tender submissions, managing progress claims and payments, coordinating subcontractor quotations, and liaising with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance and timely certification of claims. Responsibilities Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to support contract acquisition Manage progress claims, payments, variations orders (VO), and project finalization to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Invite and compile quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, verifying compliance with tender specifications and drawings Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to ensure thorough understanding and accurate submissions Liaise and build effective relationships with consultants and contractors to facilitate certification of payment claims Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant construction industry experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure to meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset Effective team player with high motivation and professionalism
