WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Handle warranty, service, claims & product returns
  2. Prepare delivery notes and after-sales documentation
  3. Count and record inventory
  4. Manage data using Microsoft Excel
  5. Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Service & Finance
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Female, 19–26 years old
  2. Minimum Senior High School /Diploma
  3. Required: After-Sales experience, especially warranty, service, claims & returns
  4. Strong Excel & administrative skills
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Friendly, organized, accurate and responsible
  7. Not currently enrolled in school/college
  8. Available to work Monday–Saturday
  9. Preferably based in Sunter / North Jakarta
