Head of Safety

Responsibilities

• Develop OHS planning and programs (HSE Plan) in accordance with company standards.
• Create schedules for safety officers.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings / Safety Talks.
• Inspect work equipment.
• Install safety signs.
• Conduct project safety meetings.
• Conduct project safety patrols.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Participate in project OHS audits and office ISO audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Mastering the fire safety regulations and standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
• Certified in Fire & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) or other relevant fields with minimum Diploma degree

. Willing to business trip to work outside Java
