Finance Accounting and Tax Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Support tax calculation, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities.
• Manage end-to-end import processes, from documentation to customs clearance and warehouse delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities.
• Check import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and PO.
• Monitor import costs, customs duties, taxes, and landed costs.
• Ensure all finance and import transactions are properly recorded and documented.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax with hands-on import experience.
• Understand accounting, taxation, import procedures, customs, HS Code, and Incoterms.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and good at problem solving.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
