Resort Marketing Manager

The Resort Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event operations and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Key responsibilities include planning and executing both online and offline events, managing vendor relationships, coordinating conference and exhibition activities, and ensuring seamless on-site management. The ideal candidate will also play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with the company’s vision and goals, while maintaining a strong presence in both local and international markets.
Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in event management or a related field. Proficiency in online event operation, vendor management, event planning, and conference and exhibition execution is required. Experience in organizing international conferences and exhibitions, as well as strong on-site management skills, will be highly advantageous. The successful applicant should be passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
