Steward

The kitchen steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and organization in the kitchen. This role ensures smooth operation by supporting chefs with sanitation, dashwashing and equipment care, contributing to overall food safety and guest satisfaction. Requirements

• Prior experience in stewarding.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in fast paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Teamwork and communication.
• Safety awereness and compliance.
• Willing to relocate to Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bali.
