Junior Staff Accounting & Tax

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accounting & Tax to join our growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Record all company financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily journal entries, cash and bank reports, and monthly financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial balances match accounting records.
- Manage company tax administration, including the calculation, reporting, and payment of taxes (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4(2), and VAT).
- Prepare, organize, and archive tax documents.
- Handle tax reporting through Coretax and e-Faktur systems.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and tax authorities when required.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all financial and tax-related company data.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation is an advantage.
- Experience or internship in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) will be considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and Indonesian taxation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus (training can be provided by the company).
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Working Details : 🕘 Working Hours : 09:00 – 18:00 📅 Two days off per week
