Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan daily, weekly, monthly engaging social media activities and posts (Instagram, Tiktok).
- Create, write, edit and quality control social media posts.
- Willing to shoot/edit Tiktok videos & Instagram reels.
- Coordinate with relevant teams (Design, Brand, Ads) to create content, activities and posts.
- Keep track and report on social media insights (Example, engagement rate, traffic, saves, shares).
- Giving feedback and input to internal teams related to social media activity.
- Respond to questions, comments and problems on social media pages in a timely manner and with accurate answers.
Qualifications (Must have)
- Aware of the current trends of the beauty industry and social media trends.
- Extroverted Beauty Enthusiast, highly interested in social engagement and human interaction.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera for content purposes (Example: TikTok Content).
- Discipline and have strong time management skill.
- Good communication and collaboration skill.
Qualifications (Good to have)
- 2 years of experience in relevant tasks
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English both written/verbal
- AI Savvy & experiences in Tiktok Ads
- Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.
