1. Passionate about beauty and content creation on Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
2. Creative mindset with a strong interest in storytelling, trends, and digital media
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills — a team player
4. Eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
5. Detail-oriented and organized, with basic time management skills

JOB DESC :

1. Assist in planning and developing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
2. Support in analyzing content performance (engagement, reach, etc.) and brainstorming improvements
3. Take trendy, aesthetic photos/videos (you can even be the model!)
4. Learn and use editing tools like InShot, VN, or similar apps
5. Help write basic captions or content in Bahasa Indonesia and English
6. Stay up to date with beauty trends, TikTok/Instagram algorithms, and content strategies
