Shipment Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling
• Monitoring shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues
• Work closely with sales and warehouse teams
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance
• Support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service
• Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way

Qualification:

• Diploma/bachelor degree in Supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain as a leader team
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Have communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excell, Google Spreadsheet
