Accounting & Tax Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our Accounting & Tax function and ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and tax compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Accounting & Tax, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership position.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in daily communication, meetings, presentations, coordination, and business correspondence.
4. Strong experience in managing internal and external audits, including audit preparation, documentation, communication with auditors, responding to audit queries, and following up on audit findings.
5. Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and financial control principles.
6. Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax reporting, and applicable tax regulations.
7. Proven ability to prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
8. Experienced in Accounting & Tax reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial and tax records.
9. Good knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
10. Able to effectively review, control, and monitor Accounting & Tax transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper internal controls.
11. Proven leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring, and supervising an Accounting & Tax team.
12. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and attention to detail.
13. Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
14. Experience with ERP or accounting systems; SAP experience will be a strong advantage.
15. Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C or other relevant tax certifications will be an advantage.
16. High level of integrity, accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive financial information.
17. Available to join immediately.
